Established in 1981, Mena for Touristic and Real Estate Investment operates in the fields of construction, Real Estate Investment and urban development through its numerous subsidiaries spreading over the Middle East and North Africa, providing an end-to-end Real Estate Development service covering everything from idea initiation through to project delivery.
As a Strategic Partner, Al Mudon has been instrumental in aiding Mena to achieve a 150% increase in 2006 net profit and Mena and its various affiliates have since invested in and acquired various prime land sites in and around Egypt, Oman, Yemen and Saudi Arabia to achieve a 200% growth in net profits.
May 2008 saw Al Mudon step back to allow Mena to flourish in its own right, with an extremely strong balance sheet, Management Team and Future Strategic Plan.
