Al Mudon’s strategy is simple: achieve the highest rate of return, preserve capital and reduce risk levels by utilising an excellent spread of Portfolio Projects and Investments. In order to achieve this strategy, Al Mudon team remains disciplined in its approach to Investment.
It does this by:
- Owning, trading and developing properties and lands, directly or indirectly, in favor of the Company inside and outside the state of Kuwait.
- Investing in Financial and Real Estate Portfolios managed by specialized companies.
- Providing direct investments in infrastructure projects for various Real Estate categories under BOT system (build, operate, transfer) and managing Real Estate facilities under BOT system.
- Undertaking Real Estate feasibility and Consultancy assignments.
- Organizing and sponsoring Real Estate exhibitions and auctions.
Al Mudon’s strategy remains consistent with that used to build its current reputation and achieve its track record. The team will continue to pursue profitable investment opportunities that will benefit not only Al Mudon, but also its Shareholders.
