Rawa Real Estate Company (“Rawa”), with a paid-up capital of approximately SAR 1 billion, is a Saudi Arabian closed joint stock company headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Company will, directly or indirectly, acquire, invest in, develop, own, finance, hold and sell a broad range of direct and indirect interests in Real Estate properties and Real eEstate related businesses located in the Company’s target markets (Europe and North America).
Al Mudon participated in the subscription of Rawa to expand its scope beyond the GCC and MENA regions, through which it will gain a global exposure to the different segments within the Real Estate sector thereby achieving significant diversification benefits.
